APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY

At Rewind Aesthetics, Concierge Medicine, Dermatology, and Trichology by Formula Health, we value your time and are committed to providing each patient with the highest quality care. To do this, we reserve specific appointment slots for our patients, which means that cancellations or no-shows can significantly impact our ability to serve others who need care.

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen events happen. However, when appointments are canceled with little notice, it prevents us from offering that time to another patient who may be waiting for care. To help us manage our schedule effectively and continue offering flexible, personalized service, we have implemented a minimal $30.00 cancellation fee policy.

If you arrive to your appointment more than 15 minutes past the originally scheduled time, we may require you to reschedule to avoid impacting other clients’ appointments.

Additionally, Rewind by Formula Health patients and members who miss their appointments by default of a no call/no show will forfeit the credits to use towards a service.

We appreciate your understanding that these fees help us maintain our commitment to you and all of our patients by ensuring appointments are honored and that our practice remains sustainable. Our goal is always to deliver excellent care without unnecessary delays or disruptions, and your cooperation plays a vital role in achieving that.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are not given on services rendered due to the nature of medical aesthetic treatments. All other refunds will be as Spa credit only. Aesthetic results are variable from person to person, and while we do our best to achieve the desired outcome, it cannot always be guaranteed. Clients are responsible for further treatments needed to achieve further results.

PRODUCTS

We do not offer refunds on products purchased. Products may be returned for in-spa credit within seven days from the date of purchase when there is a documented adverse reaction to the product. Defective products (i.e., a broken pump) may be exchanged within seven days for the same product only.
