Direct Primary Care (DPC) is an innovative alternative payment model that improves access to high-functioning healthcare by charging a simple, flat, membership fee.
Keep or repair the health and vitality of your skin. You can always look your best with our licensed estheticians, certified permanent makeup artists, and certified nurse injectors!
The defining element of Direct Primary Care (DPC) is an enduring and trusting relationship between a patient and his or her primary care provider. No fee-for-service payments. No third-party billing. Patients have extraordinary access to a provider of their choice, often for as little as $90 per month, and healthcare providers are accountable, first and foremost, to their patients. Health policymakers embrace Direct Primary Care on the left and right and create happy patients and happy healthcare providers nationwide!
“At the door, you can see our subtitles cover aesthetics and wellness, which are represented by three areas: aesthetics, concierge medicine, and medically assisted weight Loss. But the name Rewind truly underscores all three of those. Every service at Rewind is a form of anti-aging or graceful aging. Healthy aging at Rewind is seen with improvements to beauty on the outside and metabolic health on the inside.” – Sam J. Cohen, Board-Certified Nutritionist
Many people think that seeing a board-certified nutritionist is just another doctor to keep track of, but a Certified Nutritionist (licensed by the Commonwealth) also helps manage chronic diseases, food allergies and sensitivities, weight gain, self-image, and overall nutritional understanding.
These are the office hours at Rewind™. Emergency hours are available for members.
